CDL Class B Driver

Orica is seeking a safety-focused CDL Class B Driver to join our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you will safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver explosives and related products to mining, quarrying, construction, and industrial sites. Responsibilities include conducting thorough vehicle inspections, handling and securing hazardous materials, maintaining accurate logs, and adhering to all DOT and Orica safety standards. You’ll work closely with dispatch and site teams in a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture that prioritizes safety, sustainability, and innovation. Operate CDL Class B vehicles to safely deliver products to mining, construction, and industrial sites
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring compliance with all DOT and company safety standards
Handle, load, and unload explosive or hazardous materials in line with strict safety procedures
Maintain accurate delivery, load, and inspection documentation using required logs and systems
Communicate effectively with dispatch, site personnel, and team members to coordinate routes and schedules
Support Orica’s safety culture by identifying risks, reporting incidents, and following all safety protocols
