CDL Class B Driver

Orica is seeking a safety-focused CDL Class B Driver to join our Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you will safely operate commercial vehicles to transport explosives and related materials to customer and Orica sites. Responsibilities include conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, maintaining accurate logs, complying with DOT and Orica safety standards, and supporting loading and unloading activities. You’ll collaborate closely with dispatch and site teams, working in a highly regulated, safety-first environment that values teamwork, proactive problem-solving, and sustainability-focused operations.
Safely operate a CDL Class B vehicle to deliver products to customer sites
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs
Handle, transport, and offload explosives and related materials per safety standards
Comply with DOT, FMCSA, and Orica safety and environmental policies
Coordinate with dispatch and site teams to ensure timely deliveries
Report vehicle issues, incidents, and near-misses promptly
Assist with loading, securing, and unloading materials at facilities and job sites
Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and represent Orica positively with customers
CDL Class B driving
