Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job description:

Under moderate supervision, the Processing Center Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating production equipment used to print, personalize, insert, and mail customer cards within established service-level timelines. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Shifts Available

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday; rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday; rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 3rd shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday; rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment for card printing, personalization, insertion, and mailing processes
• Meet daily production schedules and turnaround-time requirements
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the production process
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies/procedures
• Identify, manage, and escalate operational risks and customer-impacting issues in a timely manner
• Perform routine equipment checks and report operational concerns to management
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
• Previous production/manufacturing/mailing/machine-operation experience preferred (not required)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (average lifting up to 25 lbs)
• Ability to use manual pallet jacks
• Comfortable working in an air-conditioned production environment
