POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a 10-month hybrid contract engagement in Coppell, TX (requiring 3 days onsite weekly). Operating within a sophisticated Mortgage Servicing domain, the incumbent will leverage strong .NET and Angular expertise to deliver enterprise-wide software solutions. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of optimizing distributed architectures, leading code reviews to mitigate technical debt, and building AI-driven features for next-generation inquiry management and call center automation platforms.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

✔️Conceptualize, design, program, test, implement, and deploy scalable, high-quality full-stack applications using Angular, .NET, and C#.

✔️Architect and refine secure RESTful APIs and optimized SQL Server database solutions that integrate seamlessly with legacy and cloud-hosted enterprise systems.

✔️Drive technical excellence by performing comprehensive code reviews, establishing strict coding standards, and proactively minimizing technical debt.

✔️Independently apply advanced problem-solving skills to investigate, research, and establish root-cause resolution for complex system issues.

✔️Collaborate closely with cross-functional Agile teams to accelerate project velocity, maximize team productivity, and guarantee timely deliverables.

✔️Support modern digital transformation initiatives by contributing to Artificial Intelligence engineering workloads, specifically supporting Inquiry Management and Call Center Agent Assist tooling.
