Pay Range: $45.38/hr. to $50.00/hr. on W2 | $53.12/hr. to $59.00/hr. on C2C

SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
• Frontend Architecture: Advanced, hands-on production experience with Angular for building responsive web apps.
• Backend Engineering: Deep proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, and designing scalable Restful APIs.
• Database Design: Extensive experience with SQL Server, including complex querying, schema design, and performance optimization.
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Strong practical experience working within Azure environments utilizing VSTS (Azure DevOps) for build and release management.
• Software Craftsmanship: Minimum 8+ years of comprehensive full-stack experience encompassing design, programming, code reviews, testing, and deployment.
Secondary (Good to Have):
• Domain Context: Prior experience within the Mortgage Servicing or broader Financial Services industries.
• Methodology: Proven background delivering enterprise-wide solutions under structured Agile frameworks.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technology field is a plus.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an Elite Senior Full-Stack Developer with 8+ years of experience to drive enterprise-grade software applications within a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of core application modernization and bleeding-edge technology, as you will actively develop custom Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions for Inquiry Management and Call Center Agent Assist initiatives. The ideal candidate will think in terms of "enterprise-wide" systems, combining technical autonomy with collaborative engineering excellence to build highly secure, scalable, and resilient products.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conceptualize, design, program, test, and deploy resilient web applications using Angular on the frontend and .NET/C# on the backend.
• Actively engineer Artificial Intelligence (AI) products tailored for Inquiry Management workflows and Call Center Agent Assist tooling to optimize enterprise operational efficiency.
• Own end-to-end data layers by writing precise, highly optimized SQL configurations, performing root-cause analysis, and researching complex system issues.
• Establish clean-code architectures by running comprehensive code reviews, writing technical documentation, and actively refactoring code to minimize technical debt.
• Drive deployments across cloud ecosystems using VSTS/Azure DevOps, ensuring software configurations adhere to strict internal quality and version control standards.
• Work independently under minimal supervision, utilizing independent judgment and structured Agile methodologies to solve unique issues involving complex datasets.
