What You'll Do:
+ Oversee daily warehouse, shop, and transportation operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier customer service.
+ Build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners, representing our values in every interaction.
+ Innovate and optimize processes throughout the supply chain for greater profitability and effectiveness.
+ Set and monitor key performance indicators for timely deliveries, driver and lane profitability, trailer usage, and warehouse productivity.
+ Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training for new employees to attract and keep top talent.
+ Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance (DOT, FMSCA, OSHA) and strive for continuous improvement.
+ Foster a positive and communicative workplace, mentoring and developing staff.
+ Provide regular updates to ownership on company results and obstacles.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
+ 10+ years' experience in logistics/supply chain/trucking/warehouse operations and 5+ years in management.
+ Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; logistics software (3PL, Innovative, Kleinschmidt, e2Open) experience a plus.
+ Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
