You will be responsible for analyzing diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), interpreting sensor data, and performing remote troubleshooting to pinpoint the root cause of vehicle malfunctions. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely are essential. You will collaborate closely with field technicians, providing them with step-by-step guidance, recommending repair strategies, and ensuring successful resolutions. Responsibilities:

• Provide remote diagnostic support and technical assistance to automotive technicians.
• Analyze vehicle diagnostic data, including DTCs and live sensor readings.
• Interpret complex technical information and guide repair procedures.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic software and tools to identify vehicle issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenging automotive system malfunctions remotely.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective repairs.

Qualifications:

• ASE certifications (A6, A7, A8, L1, G1) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician with a strong focus on diagnostics.
• Proficiency with OEM-specific diagnostic software and third-party scan tools.
• Deep understanding of modern vehicle electrical systems, engine management, and control modules.
