- Evaluate and recommend technologies and software solutions that enhance remote collaboration, communication, and productivity.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in remote work and distributed team management.
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the development and refinement of remote work policies, guidelines, and onboarding processes.
- Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving the overall remote employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions to ensure seamless remote operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with a significant focus on remote or distributed workforces.
- Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of operational metrics, KPIs, and performance management principles.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fully remote setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing operational improvements.
- Knowledge of HR and IT infrastructure supporting remote work is a plus.
