- Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-master's supervised clinical experience.
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing).
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively in a remote setting.
- High level of empathy, patience, and cultural competency.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, private workspace.
