Remote Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Our client, a renowned provider of mental health services, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their expanding remote team. This is a fully remote position, dedicated to providing essential mental health support to individuals and families across the nation. You will leverage your clinical expertise to offer therapy, counseling, and case management services in a virtual setting.

As a Remote LCSW, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions. You will work with diverse populations facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong clinical judgment, excellent diagnostic skills, and proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR). You must be licensed to practice in at least one US state and capable of maintaining a caseload while working independently and collaboratively within a virtual multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting initial client assessments and developing comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations.
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy via secure video conferencing platforms.
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Providing crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Coordinating care with other healthcare providers and community resources.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely client documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Adhering to ethical guidelines, professional standards, and all relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Participating in regular supervision and team meetings.
  • Advocating for client needs and connecting them with appropriate community support services.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in at least one US state. (Additional state licenses are a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing mental health services.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.
  • Proficiency with various therapeutic approaches and evidence-based practices.
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and proficiency in using EHR systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage a remote caseload effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
