Our client, a respected mental health services provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Social Worker to join their fully remote team. This vital role involves providing comprehensive mental health counseling, therapy, and case management services to clients via secure telehealth platforms. You will assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and facilitate therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and hold a current, unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or equivalent state licensure. Exceptional empathetic listening skills, strong therapeutic techniques, and proficiency in virtual communication technologies are essential. As a remote clinician, you will maintain client confidentiality, adhere to ethical practice standards, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients presenting with various mental health concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress.
  • Provide case management services, connecting clients with community resources and support systems.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, physicians, and other therapists, to coordinate client care.
  • Stay current with advances in mental health treatment, therapeutic techniques, and relevant research.
  • Ensure ethical practice standards are upheld in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer consultation as required.
  • Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to all telehealth protocols and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent state license (e.g., LICSW, LMSW with clinical privilege).
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing direct mental health services.
  • Proven experience with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct accurate assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate empathetically and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and other virtual communication tools.
  • Strong understanding of ethical principles and legal regulations governing clinical social work and telehealth.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain a professional home office environment.
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable, private workspace.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency.
  • Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills.
