Remote Warehouse Operations Manager - E-commerce Fulfillment

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee their e-commerce fulfillment operations. This is a fully remote position, providing an excellent opportunity to manage warehouse functions from anywhere within the United States. You will be responsible for optimizing warehouse efficiency, managing inventory, leading a remote team of warehouse associates and supervisors, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a remote team of warehouse staff and supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
• Maintain strong communication channels with remote team members and cross-functional departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, with a focus on e-commerce fulfillment.
• Proven experience managing operations in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in driving operational improvements and cost savings.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
