Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Remote
Job Description
Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join their expanding remote sales force. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, cultivating, and closing new enterprise-level business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing complex deals with C-suite executives and key decision-makers. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in enterprise software or technology sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of consultative selling.

- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed annual sales quotas within the enterprise segment.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, social selling, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT Directors, and other decision-makers within target enterprise accounts.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls and needs assessments to understand prospect challenges and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, product marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management updates to sales leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and our client's product offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of proven success in enterprise software or technology sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Exceptional skills in prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and solution selling.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a complex sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work remotely.
