Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior E-commerce Marketing Specialist to lead their online sales and social media strategy, operating entirely remotely. This role is crucial for driving online revenue growth and enhancing brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce marketing campaigns, managing social media engagement, and optimizing website performance to maximize conversions. Your key responsibilities will include planning and executing paid advertising campaigns (SEM, social ads), developing content strategies, analyzing website traffic and sales data, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will also manage social media communities, engage with customers, and monitor online brand reputation.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and social media management. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) is essential. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is required. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies are crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends are highly valued. This is a remote-first position, requiring strong self-discipline, excellent time management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
