Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search (SEM), paid social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative development to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and platform-specific dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and website content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the e-commerce landscape.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in the management of the digital marketing budget.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall e-commerce strategy and cross-functional team initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing successful paid search (Google Ads) and paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is beneficial.
