Remote Lead AI Research Scientist - NLP

• Present research findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the intellectual property portfolio through patent applications and publications.

The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with a strong publication record in top-tier NLP conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NAACL). A minimum of 7 years of research experience in NLP, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring capacity, is required. Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), transformer architectures, and various NLP techniques is essential. Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with large-scale data processing are necessary. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills are paramount. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively lead teams and communicate complex research concepts.
