Our client, a renowned leader in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, is looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join their operations in a completely remote capacity. This position is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our extensive range of consumer products. As a remote team member, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality assurance protocols and procedures. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing comprehensive quality control plans, conducting in-depth product testing and analysis, and identifying areas for improvement in product formulation and manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for analyzing test data, generating detailed reports, and collaborating closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain teams to address any quality deviations or issues. This involves investigating root causes of defects and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control (SPC), and various analytical methodologies relevant to the FMCG industry. A minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the FMCG sector is required. Proven experience in auditing manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with food safety, cosmetic, or other relevant regulations is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are essential. Strong written and verbal communication abilities are necessary for effective collaboration in a remote setting. A Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field is required.
