Our client, a reputable facilities management company, is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join their operations team in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of cleaning and sanitation across various client sites. You will be responsible for developing and implementing QA protocols, conducting site audits, training staff on best practices, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of sanitation standards, excellent observational skills, and a proactive approach to quality management. This remote role allows you to contribute significantly to operational excellence without needing to be on-site daily, though occasional travel may be required.

- Conduct regular remote and on-site audits of facilities to ensure adherence to established cleaning protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans.
- Train cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of cleaning teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, inspections, training, and corrective actions.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related complaints or issues from clients or site managers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging cleaning technologies, and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on quality assurance metrics and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with operations managers to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in Quality Assurance, Operations Management, or a related field within the cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management industry.
- Thorough understanding of cleaning methodologies, sanitation best practices, and health & safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA guidelines).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement QA programs and conduct effective audits.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and generating performance reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence staff effectively.
- Experience with remote auditing techniques and technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant certification (e.g., CIMS) is a plus.
