Our client is a rapidly expanding leader in facility management and hygiene solutions, seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to lead and enhance our cleaning and sanitation protocols. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing rigorous quality assurance programs across all our client sites, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance. Your role will involve creating comprehensive training materials, conducting virtual site assessments, and collaborating closely with field operations teams to drive continuous improvement in sanitation practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, infectious disease control, and an in-depth understanding of best practices in commercial and industrial cleaning.

- Develop, refine, and oversee the implementation of standardized cleaning and sanitation protocols across diverse client environments.
- Design and manage a robust quality assurance program, including regular audits, performance evaluations, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and update training modules and resources for cleaning staff and supervisors, focusing on best practices, chemical safety, and equipment usage.
- Conduct remote site inspections and assessments using virtual tools to ensure adherence to protocols and identify potential risks.
- Analyze cleaning performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional managers and operations teams.
- Stay current with industry regulations, emerging pathogens, and advancements in cleaning technologies and disinfection methods.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor sanitation programs accordingly.
- Investigate and address any quality-related complaints or incidents promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of audits, training, and quality control activities.
- Champion a culture of excellence and continuous improvement in hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance, infection control, or environmental hygiene management, preferably within the cleaning industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing cleaning and sanitation protocols for commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings.
- Proficiency with quality management systems (QMS) and audit procedures.
- Excellent understanding of microbial control, disinfection techniques, and chemical safety (e.g., OSHA Hazard Communication).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence remote teams.
- Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) and standard office software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIMS-GB, CIH, CSP) are highly desirable.
