Online Curriculum Developer (Remote)

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Online Curriculum Developer to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location within the US. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, and writing content for online courses across various subjects, ensuring alignment with educational standards and learning objectives. This includes developing multimedia elements, interactive activities, assessments, and instructional materials. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create high-quality, effective online educational programs. A strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and learning management systems (LMS) is essential. You will need to be proficient in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar. Experience in curriculum mapping, competency-based education, and assessment design is highly desirable. You will also be involved in evaluating the effectiveness of existing online curricula and recommending improvements. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills are paramount. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
