- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Experience in managing remote teams is highly desirable.
