Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Experience in managing remote teams is highly desirable.
