Our client, a leading hospitality management group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager for a fully remote position. This role is critical for overseeing the operational efficiency and guest experience across multiple properties, ensuring brand standards are consistently met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive profitability and guest satisfaction from a distance. You will leverage technology and strategic planning to manage and optimize hotel operations remotely.

- Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of hotels, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve revenue, control costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor on-site hotel general managers and department heads, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, ADR, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with all brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Conduct regular virtual property inspections and performance reviews.
- Implement and oversee technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Handle escalated guest issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Collaborate with corporate departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, HR) to align operational strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices across the portfolio.
- Stay current with hospitality industry trends and innovative operational strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, with a strong track record of success.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple hotel properties or a large single property.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and P&L analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate remote teams.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS, CRS) and performance analysis tools.
- Proven ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Experience with implementing operational improvements and driving change.
