Our client, a premier hotel management group, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Remote Senior Hotel Operations Manager to oversee multiple properties nationwide. This fully remote position offers the unique opportunity to manage and enhance hotel operations from the comfort of your home office, contributing to exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting operational standards, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring consistent service delivery across all managed hotels. Your duties will include overseeing department heads, managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth. You will analyze operational data, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices in areas such as guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and front desk operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively train and motivate remote teams.

We are looking for a proven leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a track record of success in hotel management. Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budget forecasting, is essential.
