• Conduct rigorous model evaluation and A/B testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in NLP and machine learning.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of experience in machine learning, with a significant focus on Natural Language Processing.
• Proven track record of leading ML projects and teams.
• Expertise in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK).
