Our client, a prestigious Recruitment Consultancy, is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Technical Recruiter to join their expanding, remote-first team. This is a unique opportunity to work from anywhere in the US, focusing on sourcing and attracting top-tier technology talent for a diverse range of clients across various industries. You will play a pivotal role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and job brief analysis to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize a variety of channels, including advanced search techniques on job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and databases to identify passive and active candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates, extending offers and facilitating the hiring process.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes and best practices within the consultancy.
- Attend virtual industry events and networking opportunities to expand reach and build brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, Cybersecurity Specialists).
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and technical terminology.
