Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership within a fully remote structure. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive functions, managing complex schedules, and facilitating communication across a distributed organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Responsibilities include managing complex and dynamic calendars for multiple executives; coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries; preparing meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism; conducting research and compiling information for executive review; managing expense reports and financial documentation; acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders; assisting with the organization of virtual events and team meetings; and anticipating the needs of executives to ensure seamless workflow. You will be a critical support system, enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities. This position offers the unique advantage of performing critical administrative functions with the flexibility of a fully remote work environment. The role is based entirely virtually, with Baltimore, Maryland, US noted for reference.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook Calendar) and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, resourceful approach.
- High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote setting.
