Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct social listening and community management to foster positive brand perception and address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce engaging and high-quality social media content.
  • Analyze social media performance data using analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, platform analytics) and provide actionable insights and reports.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain social media content calendars.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and management, preferably within an agency setting or for multiple brands.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and advertising capabilities.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent understanding of social media KPIs and reporting.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
