- Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to nurture leads and customers.
- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies to build brand awareness and community engagement.
- Analyze website performance and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web developers to ensure marketing materials are compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage the e-commerce content calendar and ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Optimize the customer journey and conversion funnels across all touchpoints.
- Manage affiliate marketing programs and partnerships.
- Stay current with the latest e-commerce marketing best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Contribute to the overall e-commerce strategy and roadmap.
- Foster a culture of testing and learning to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels.
- Proven success in developing and executing online marketing campaigns that drive significant ROI.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce business models and customer psychology.
