Production Supervisor - Remote Operations

Our client, a leading manufacturer of specialized components, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations in a fully remote capacity. The Remote Production Supervisor will manage production schedules, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Strong communication skills, proficiency in manufacturing software and remote collaboration tools, and a deep understanding of production methodologies are essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of remote manufacturing production operations.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Monitor production performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure product excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience managing production operations remotely or with dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Zoom).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to effectively motivate and manage a remote workforce.
