- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects from conception to completion.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of instructional designers.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate learning technologies and platforms.
- Ensure courses are accessible and meet quality standards.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning.
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on e-learning development.
- Proven experience leading instructional design projects and teams.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and learning theory.
- Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of multimedia development principles.
