The Principal Architect will be responsible for shaping and leading the firm's sustainable design initiatives across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from large-scale commercial developments to master-planned communities. Your expertise will be critical in integrating green building principles, energy efficiency strategies, and environmentally conscious materials into all stages of the architectural design process. Responsibilities include developing conceptual designs that prioritize sustainability, conducting life cycle assessments, and guiding project teams in achieving high-performance certifications such as LEED, WELL, or BREEAM. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, consultants, and construction professionals to champion and implement innovative sustainable solutions. A strong portfolio showcasing a track record of successful sustainable architecture projects is essential. You will also play a key role in business development, client relations, and mentoring junior architects and designers. A Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Sustainable Design, coupled with extensive professional experience and architectural licensure, is mandatory.
