Remote Senior Procurement Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Remote Senior Procurement Analyst to join our Purchasing department. This is a crucial role focused on optimizing our sourcing strategies, negotiating favorable contracts, and ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services across the organization. As a fully remote position, you will leverage your expertise to identify cost-saving opportunities, manage supplier relationships, and implement best practices in procurement. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential suppliers, analyzing bids and proposals, negotiating terms and pricing with vendors, and managing the entire procure-to-pay process. You will also be tasked with monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and mitigating supply chain risks. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management. A strong understanding of procurement principles, negotiation strategies, and supplier relationship management is essential. Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
