Senior Human Resources Generalist - Remote First

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote, remote-first position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere within the US. You will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our client's strategic goals and values. This role demands a proactive approach to HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent, and administering compensation and benefits programs. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee grievances, and managing performance management cycles. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Your expertise in HR best practices and your ability to provide strategic guidance to leadership will be crucial for success. This position requires a strong understanding of HRIS systems and payroll processing. You will also be involved in developing and delivering HR training programs to employees and managers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on generalist responsibilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Experience with remote team management is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
