Human Resources Generalist (Remote)
Job Description
Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and versatile Human Resources Generalist to join their entirely remote team. This position is perfect for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a flexible work environment and possesses a broad understanding of HR functions. You will be instrumental in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, all while working from your home office.

- Administer and manage various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policy interpretation.
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management guidance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of generalist functions.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR.
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
