Lead UI/UX Designer - Remote

Our client is actively seeking a visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead the design and user experience of their cutting-edge digital products. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire design process from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into compelling user experiences.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of design initiatives.
• Stay ahead of the curve on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices in UI/UX.
• Champion the voice of the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Optimize existing user interfaces for improved usability, accessibility, and conversion rates.
• Contribute to the strategic vision for product design and user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.
• Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in leading design projects and mentoring design teams.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with front-end development concepts is a plus.
