We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Quality Control Technician to join our expanding manufacturing and production division. - Prepare reports on quality performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality defects and recommend preventative measures.
- Stay current with industry best practices and quality management techniques.
- Proven experience in quality control, inspection, or a related role within manufacturing or production environments.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable using digital tools for communication, data entry, and document management.
- Experience with specific manufacturing processes relevant to our industry (e.g., assembly, machining, electronics).
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further technical certification is a plus.
