- Assess the effectiveness of implemented technologies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development and maintenance of online learning environments and digital content.
- Serve as a key point of contact for educators seeking assistance with technology-related pedagogical challenges.
- Contribute to the development of technology policies and strategies for the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation and effective technology utilization among staff.
- Ensure all technology solutions are accessible and comply with relevant accessibility standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational technology integration, support, or management within an educational institution.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering technology training for educators.
- Strong knowledge of various learning management systems (LMS), educational software, and digital tools (e.g., Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365 Education).
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and online course development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical users.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Experience with multimedia development tools and techniques is a plus.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is highly desirable.
