Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled and analytical Marketing Analytics Manager to join their fully remote team. This position will play a critical role in driving data-informed marketing decisions by providing deep insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust analytics frameworks to measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives. This includes setting up tracking mechanisms, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing large datasets from various sources, such as web analytics platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and social media analytics. You will conduct in-depth analyses to identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for optimization in our marketing strategies. This includes performing A/B testing analysis, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation analysis to enhance targeting and personalization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in data manipulation and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI). A deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing) and their respective analytics is essential. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand their analytical needs and provide them with the data and insights required to achieve their goals. This remote role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and thriving in a fast-paced, remote environment.
