Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems.
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing projects.
  • Deep knowledge of power electronics, grid integration, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSCAD).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing remote teams.
  • Strong understanding of relevant industry codes and standards.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
