What Youll Do:
As an Outside B2B Solutions Consultant , youll play a pivotal role in driving new business development and delivering strategic solutions that improve clients' workflows and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions .
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success.
- Manage and grow a productive sales pipeline , ensuring accurate forecasts.
- Deliver tailored software, hardware, and outsourcing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and manage accounts.
- Execute the A2D4 Sales Process , from research to solution delivery.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals .
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Proven B2B sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in mail/document solutions, CRM tools, and business process improvement is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to assess, enhance, and optimize business processes
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed
Work Environment & Travel:
- Combination of office, remote, and fieldwork
- Some lifting (up to 75 lbs) required
- Occasional domestic travel
