What Youll Do:

As an Outside B2B Solutions Consultant , youll play a pivotal role in driving new business development and delivering strategic solutions that improve clients' workflows and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to diagnose inefficiencies and recommend optimized solutions .
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term success.
  • Manage and grow a productive sales pipeline , ensuring accurate forecasts.
  • Deliver tailored software, hardware, and outsourcing solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track sales activities and manage accounts.
  • Execute the A2D4 Sales Process , from research to solution delivery.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and performance goals .

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Experience in mail/document solutions, CRM tools, and business process improvement is a plus
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to assess, enhance, and optimize business processes
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed

Work Environment & Travel:

  • Combination of office, remote, and fieldwork
  • Some lifting (up to 75 lbs) required
  • Occasional domestic travel
