What Youll Do

Drive Sales & Close Deals

• Pursue, develop, and close both company-provided and self-generated leads
• Conduct in-home and virtual estimates with confidence and accuracy
• Present pricing solutions that are clear, competitive, and persuasive

Build Presence in the Market

• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and local outreach
• Build relationships that generate repeat and referral business

Manage Your Pipeline

• Maintain accurate records of all leads, activity, and customer interactions
• Use CRM tools to track progress and manage follow-ups effectively

What You Bring

• 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience (moving, logistics, or service industry preferred)
• Strong closer with an entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing a full sales pipeline
• CRM proficiency and solid computer skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
