- Actasaconsultant, identifyingclientneedsanddeliveringtailoredsolutionsacrossinsurance,retirement,andtechnologyplatforms
- Generatenewbusiness throughself-drivenprospecting,referralnetworks,anddirectengagementwithHRandfinanceleadersatmid-marketcompanies
- Buildandmanagereferralrelationships, expandingyourpipelinewhilemaintaininglong-termclientpartnerships
- Collaboratewithinternalteams forquoting,implementation,andaccountmanagement,enablingyoutofocusonsalesandgrowth
- Managequalityclientrelationships, ensuringretentionandsatisfactionwhiledrivingsignificantrevenuegrowth

- 5+yearsofsalesexperienceinemployeebenefits,payroll,HCM,orarelatedfield

- Huntermentalitywithabilitytoself-generatenewbusiness
