Production Manager - Advanced Manufacturing (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a Production Management or Supervisory role.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and ERP software.
