Design, develop, and maintain secure, mission-critical software for U.S. defense and aerospace programs
Lead technical efforts within Agile teams in the IT & Digital Solutions department
Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and stakeholders to refine requirements
Implement, test, and integrate software using modern CI/CD and configuration management tools
Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity, quality, and documentation standards
Mentor junior developers, support code reviews, and promote best engineering practices
C++ or Java development
Secure software development (DoD environment)
Systems engineering concepts
Agile/Scrum methodologies
CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or similar)
Cloud or virtualized environments
Linux/Windows development environments
Requirements analysis and traceability
Unit/integration testing and automation
