Senior Software Developer

SimVentions, Inc. (Glassdoor 4.6) seeks a Senior Software Developer to join our IT & Digital Solutions team supporting Defense & Aerospace missions. In this role, you will design, develop, and integrate secure, high-performance software for mission-critical systems used by the U.S. Department of Defense and federal agencies. Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions for defense and aerospace systems
Lead implementation of secure, scalable applications within an Agile environment
Collaborate with systems engineers, cybersecurity, and program teams to deliver mission-focused capabilities
Review code, mentor junior developers, and champion best engineering practices
Support integration, testing, and troubleshooting across classified and unclassified environments
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical roadmaps for IT & Digital Solutions projects
