Remote Delivery Driver

Our client, a rapidly expanding logistics and delivery service, is seeking dedicated and reliable Remote Delivery Drivers to join their distributed team. This fully remote position allows you to manage your own schedule and routes, leveraging advanced mobile technology to coordinate deliveries efficiently. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods from pickup points to customer locations. This role requires individuals with excellent time management skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to operate a personal vehicle safely and responsibly. You will be the face of our client to the customer, ensuring a positive delivery experience.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up packages and products from designated locations according to a daily schedule.
• Deliver items to customers' homes or businesses accurately and on time.
• Navigate efficiently using GPS and delivery routing software.
• Ensure all deliveries are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of your personal delivery vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.
• Obtain signatures or confirmation of delivery as required.
• Report any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly to dispatch.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Manage delivery manifests and confirm inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle suitable for deliveries.
• Smartphone with data plan for navigation and communication.
• Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have access to a vehicle insurance that meets company requirements.

This is a remote, independent contractor position. You'll have the flexibility to set your own hours while earning competitive pay per delivery. Training and support will be provided through our online platform.
