Dedicated Fleet Delivery Driver - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a fleet of delivery vehicles remotely, ensuring optimal performance and utilization.

• Ensure all drivers adhere to company safety policies, traffic laws, and DOT regulations.
• Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching as necessary.

• Analyze delivery data to identify areas for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and enforce company protocols for cargo handling, security, and customer service.
• Proactively identify and address potential risks or issues within the delivery network.
