Senior Remote Educational Technologist

Our client, an innovative leader in educational technology, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Remote Educational Technologist. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to contribute to the advancement of learning solutions from anywhere. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting cutting-edge technological tools and platforms to enhance the educational experience for students and educators. Your role will involve evaluating emerging educational technologies, recommending solutions, and providing training and support to users. Key responsibilities include integrating various educational software and hardware, troubleshooting technical issues, developing user guides and training materials, and collaborating with IT and curriculum development teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and effective utilization of technology within the educational environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of current educational technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), collaboration tools, and digital content creation platforms. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve learning outcomes are essential. We are looking for a self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving technological landscapes. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in educational technology support or implementation. Experience with specific LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and a proven track record of successful technology integration projects are highly desirable.
