We are seeking a highly experienced and analytical Senior Energy Systems Analyst to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze energy market trends, regulatory changes, and policy impacts on energy infrastructure.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders, including management and government agencies.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing energy efficiency and reducing carbon emissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on energy planning and strategy development.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in energy technology, grid management, and sustainable practices.
  • Develop and maintain databases related to energy production, consumption, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and environmental regulations.

This position is entirely remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. A Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required, with a Ph.D. being a plus. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in energy systems analysis, power systems engineering, or a related domain is essential. Proven expertise in energy modeling software (e.g., PSS/E, PowerWorld, SAM) and strong analytical skills are mandatory. Familiarity with energy policy, market structures, and renewable energy technologies is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for effective stakeholder engagement.
