This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to drive significant improvements in manufacturing processes from your home office. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing production processes, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. You will leverage your expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process simulation tools to redesign workflows and optimize resource allocation. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in process improvement projects, conducting time and motion studies, developing standard operating procedures, and implementing new technologies or automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement and optimization within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in leading successful Lean Six Sigma projects and a demonstrated ability to manage complex technical initiatives are essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are required to effectively drive change and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments and geographical locations.
